Mountainous traditional village situated in a forest of apple trees and chestnuts trees, at an altitude of 450 meters, 45 klm far from Volos. Pouri is the last village on the main road on the east of Pelion, right after the village of Zagora. The square of this village, with the three levels, is known as the balcony of Aegean Sea, as it offers a wonderful view of the beach of Horefto, of Aegean Sea, and sometimes, when the weather conditions allow it, of Halkidiki. Not far away from the village, situated in a beautiful green area is the monastery of Panagia Rasova, which was built in 13th century. Take a swim in the beautiful and isolated sandy beaches of Vrios and Elitsa.
